India aim for American clean sweep
- India have the series in the bag already
- West Indies need improvement in all areas
India have won the series 3-1 already and will look to experiment a bit before the Asia Cup later this month. They have been dominant in the Caribbean and in the first game in Florida, went ruthless to grab the series win. India have odds of 1.43 to win the final T20I.
West Indies, on the other hand, have looked out of sorts with bat and ball and have struggled to contain India in the powerplay with bat and ball. West Indies’ chances stand at 2.77 – to win the match and take a consolation win.
India’s powerplay batting
India will be excited about how their powerplay batting has developed this series. They have been on the charge early on and have established that this is the way they want to play T20Is going forward with the strong backing of the coach and the skipper.
Our pick: India are ruthless in the early stages of the game. Back India at 1.43 to win this one!
The Rohit Sharma-led side will pose stiff challenges to West Indies. Nicholas Pooran and Co. will need to step up their bowling if they are to put a leash on India, but even then the bowling might would be hard to conquer.
Keep an eye on…
Rohit Sharma: The skipper has provided a few blazing starts, but is yet to make a big one. It could come in USA in this final game with him still getting back into groove after a break.
Akeal Hosein: West Indies’ best bowler this series, Hosein will be a trump card to restrict India in the powerplay.
TIP: Rohit Sharma in his new avatar in the powerplay is a phenomenal player. Back Rohit Sharma at 4.10 to be the best match batter for India!
