Sunrisers seek late lift to season
Sunrisers Hyderabad have had a slow start to the season and are probably too into the season to make a comeback. The return of Kane Williamson has given a better balance to the Sunrisers Hyderabad side and they have odds of 1.76 to win the game against Rajasthan Royals.
Rajasthan Royals, on the other hand, have depleted resources and look a tad drained with their gameplay. Rassie van der Dussen has joined them but is likely unavailable for this game. Their middle-order is as such still vulnerable, giving them odds of 1.95 to beat SRH on Sunday.
Overall and recent records even
Over the years, Rajasthan Royals have fared well against Sunrisers Hyderabad, something several teams have struggled with. In 13 head-to-head contests between these sides, Rajasthan have six wins and Hyderabad have seven wins. In the last two seasons, the teams have won two games apiece.
RECOMMENDED BET: SRH have a strong batting core now and have higher odds of 1.76 to beat Rajasthan Royals.
Rajasthan and Sunrisers have had poor starts to the season and are stuck at the bottom of the table in the 2021 season.
Keep an eye on…
Rashid Khan: Rashid Khan fares well against two of Rajasthan’s biggest players – Sanju Samson and Jos Buttler. Rashid will get turn from the Delhi wicket and with favourable match-ups in his sleeve, should make it tough for Rajasthan.
Rajasthan’s bowling: Rajasthan haven’t quite fared well or poorly with the ball. Their left-arm seamers have been potent up front. But in the death and middle overs, Rajasthan have conceded too many runs and will want to tighten up.
TIP: Warner has been in decent touch and has odds of 8.00 to win Man of the Match.
