Glenn Maxwell: The Stars skipper is in fine form this season and has an average of 51 while scoring 255 runs in seven matches, the third highest run-scorer this season of the BBL. Maxwell is a key player in the Stars camp and will be banked upon to give them a win against the less favoured Heat.
Tanveer Sangha: The find of the season has been Sydney Thunder’s leg-spinner, Tanveer Sangha. He is an x-factor bowler and has shone in his maiden BBL season with 13 wickets so far, the second most by any bowler in the competition this season. The leg-spinner will be fancied to do the job against a solid Hurricanes middle-order.
