India’s chance hinge on bowling
India come off the back of a big loss against England and take on world champions and the team with the most title wins in Australia in their next game. Needless to say, India’s chances for a win are slim at just 5.10 They will bank on their spinners to push for a win in this big clash.
Australia, as expected, are at the top of the table after four matches, having won all four games. They will see India as one of their stiffest challenges so far this tournament, but their odds of a win are good at 1.12
Australia’s only blip
After the heartbreaking loss to India in the 2017 Women’s World Cup semi-final, Australia entered a brilliant phase in ODIs. Since 2018, Australia have won all but one of their 34 ODIs, the sole loss coming by two wickets against India in 2021.
RECOMMENDED BET: Australia are in stupendous form this tournament. Support them at 1.12 to win this one!
Overall, two of their last three losses in this format have come against India. Two of their last four T20I losses have also come against India. The spin attack will be India’s best bet to grab a win against the dominant Aussies.
